Recovery & Relaxation

Recovery and relaxation programs at Una Vida combine manual therapy and massage techniques with device-based treatments that effectively penetrate deep into muscles and joints.

You can book this program without a doctor’s referral. Together, we will discuss your current condition and therapy goals, based on which we will choose the appropriate approach and treatment parameters. During the session, we focus not only on painful areas but also on related regions.

The specialty of Una Vida is Selective Radiofrequency Therapy (TR-Therapy) – an enjoyable treatment with immediate results that you can indulge your body in. This therapy combines manual techniques, massages, mobilization methods, and
deep-acting
alternating high-frequency current, which promotes recovery after physical or static exertion and relaxes overworked muscles. At Una Vida, TR-Therapy is combined with targeted electrotherapy, stimulating nerve endings and effectively reducing pain.

The treatment can be completed with kinesiotape, which extends the benefits of the session and improves the functionality of the musculoskeletal system.

If you are already attending physiotherapy or coaching at Una Vida, the program will be adapted to complement your current therapies or sessions.
